The Revotech
Auto Parts eCommerce

Every system, one catalogue.

Promax USA sells parts across lighting, braking, engine, steering, driveline, transmission, suspension and accessories, for cars, trucks, scooters, rickshaws and three-wheelers. The build organises a broad catalogue by vehicle system, scopes search to a chosen category, and puts the guarantee, returns and payment terms on the product card where they change the decision.

The challenge

What needed solving

A catalogue spanning eight vehicle systems and six vehicle types is close to unbrowsable through one search box — and in a market where the same part number is sold by a dozen sellers at the same price, the shop that cannot state its guarantee, its returns policy and how the customer can pay is competing on price alone.

The objective

Build a store where a system-led menu and a category-scoped search both lead to the right shelf, and where the reasons to buy here rather than elsewhere are attached to each product rather than parked on a policy page.

Our approach

How we built it

01

Organise by system, not by brand

The primary navigation follows how a repair is actually diagnosed — brake system, engine, steering, driveline and axles, transmission, suspension, lighting, accessories — so a shopper reaches the shelf from the symptom.

02

Scope the search before it runs

The search box sits behind a category selector, so a query for a filter or a fitting returns the right shelf rather than everything in the catalogue that shares a word.

03

Put the terms on the card

Five-year guarantee, free returns and an instalments option are printed on every product card, next to the sale badge and the struck-through price, because those are the lines that settle a decision between identical listings.

Design & solution

What was delivered

A white catalogue with a navy and red brand pairing: navy for structure and headings, red for anything actionable or discounted. Category tiles are set as photographed circles with live item counts, product cards keep a fixed height so a carousel never jitters, and the contact bar sits above the masthead so a phone number is always one glance away.

The delivered store covers a system-led category mega-menu across eight vehicle systems; a category-scoped catalogue search; a promotional hero slider; browsable category tiles with live item counts across auto repair, exterior, auto mechanic, rickshaw, toy car and three-wheeler; a tabbed popular-products carousel; product cards carrying sale and percentage badges, ratings, guarantee, returns and instalment terms; campaign banners for lighting, repair services and body parts; customer accounts with sign-in and registration; wishlist and cart counters; order tracking; a staffed help centre with a published phone number and email; and an FAQ.
