What does the professional website package cover?
Complete design and development, domain registration assistance based on availability, one year of hosting on a US-based server, deployment, configuration and final testing, and one month of post-launch support. Domain cost is charged at the registrar's rate and is not part of the fee.
What is not included in that package?
Ecommerce, cart and checkout, online payments, customer accounts and logins, dashboards and reporting tools, advanced backend systems and custom web applications. We build all of these — they are scoped and quoted separately once requirements are clear.
What happens after the first month of support?
You can request one-time support as you need it, take a fixed-fee six-month support plan, or move to a monthly maintenance plan for your platform. We will quote whichever suits you.
Can I change maintenance plan later?
Yes. The plans are monthly, and the right tier usually becomes clear once we have run the initial audit and seen how much the site actually needs.
How are larger projects priced?
