What needed solving
Freight operations run on chasing: calls to find where a container is, separate flows for ocean, air and ground, and reporting assembled by hand after the fact. The information exists — it is just scattered across modes, partners and inboxes.
The objective
Build an operating system where shipment status is known before anyone asks for it, where all three modes share one booking flow, and where operational performance can be reported without manual assembly.

What was delivered
An industrial visual language: uppercase display type, hard rules and tight data tables. Shipment timelines and corridor maps are given the most contrast, because they are what an operations team opens the platform for.
The platform covers fleet capability with real equipment specifications; live shipment tracking with milestones and exception alerts; bonded warehousing presented as inventory movement rather than storage; a unified booking flow across ocean, air and ground; a corridor network connecting ports, hubs and shelves across regions including Singapore, Rotterdam, Los Angeles, Shanghai, Houston and Dubai; and operations analytics suitable for board reporting.
